Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–25 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

For some international destinations, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Final delivery may be handled by local postal services or regional carriers, and actual shipping times may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Arfnest may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown on our website or at checkout when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not update right away, this does not necessarily mean your package is lost. Tracking updates may be delayed by the shipping carrier or local postal service.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery services.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges depending on your country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.

Arfnest is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import inspections, or local postal services.

Change of Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@arfnest.com.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Arfnest is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or inability to contact the recipient, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears to be lost in transit, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@arfnest.com so we can review the tracking information and assist you.

For packages marked as delivered, please also check with your local post office, courier, neighbors, household members, building reception, front desk, or mailroom.

In some cases, we may need to wait for confirmation from the shipping carrier before offering a replacement or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@arfnest.com.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
